Located 50 meters from a quiet sandy beach with restricted access only for the residents of the complex, it offers privacy, serenity, and an ideal atmosphere for those looking for a quiet summer area to do enjoy family quality time by the seaside.

The house is spread over two levels, with functional spaces that provide comfortable accommodation for a small group or family. On the top level, which is the entrance level, there is a common space with a cozy living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. The ground floor includes 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single. Also there is a small storage room. There is a bathrooms and a wc at the top level. The garden with the kiosk and the dining table is an asset of the house, where you can relax, enjoy your meals and let the children play around.

The nearby area includes the villages of Nea Roda, Ouranoupoli, Ierissos, and also the little beautiful island of Ammouliani. Mount Athos is just a few kilometers away and you can have a boat trip to visit some monasteries. Many lovely beaches on all three peninsulas of Halkidiki are waiting for you to explore and create unique moments of relaxing and calm vacation surrounded by the blue and green scenery.
