The house is bright, and the two balconies facing west and east provide you with the option to choose between sun and shade at any time of the day. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds, along with a spacious living room separated from the kitchen and a bathroom. It also offers a wonderful sea view that you can enjoy from the front side while reading a book, relaxing, or dining. It is suitable for peaceful holidays and ideal for families with children.
The area is renowned for its wonderful fish taverns, cafes, and seaside bars. There is a canteen that serves beverages throughout the day and provides complimentary sunbeds. We highly recommend a visit to the charming old traditional stone-built village of Nikiti, which is located less than 15 km away. It is worth mentioning that within a distance of less than 10 minutes, you can explore the most beautiful turquoise beaches of Sithonia, such as Vourvourou, Trani Ammouda, Akti Koviou, and Akti Kalogrias.
