A lovely house for up to 6 guests, ideally 2 adults and 3 children, situated in a residential area, just a 5-minute drive from Ierissos village! It is located approximately 200m from the beach. The house is a maisonette with naturally cool bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful garden with a large and refreshing kiosk.

This beautiful cottage is spread over 2 levels. On the top level, you enter the space between the living room and the dining room. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a spacious closet, a TV, and a window with a stunning view of the sea. Adjacent to the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a large table that can accommodate up to 6 people. There is also a balcony next to the kitchen where you can enjoy your coffee and breakfast while overlooking the garden and the sea. On the same floor, there is a WC and an AC unit. On the ground level, you will find 2 bedrooms. The children’s bedroom has a bunk bed and an additional foldable bed suitable for a third child. A baby cot is also available upon prior arrangement. The master bedroom provides direct access to the garden and features a double bed, as well as a smaller room with ample space for clothing storage. Between the 2 bedrooms, there is a second, larger bathroom with a shower. In the garden, you will find a spacious and cool kiosk that provides shade throughout the day, a large table that can accommodate up to 8 guests, and a sunbed. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
